The role of a Cookie Dealer consists of interacting with customers, baking cookies throughout the day, serving walk in customers, packaging to-go/delivery orders, and cleaning at the end of each shift. Additionally, this role is responsible for being able to work alone.
We're a fast-growing startup and promote from within, so we feel that this is a great opportunity to get in early and grow within the business as we expand across NoVA! We're on a mission to end abusive factory farming by creating fun and exciting experiences around plant based food and changing the way our society view farm animals.
Requirements
-Able to work at least 1 weekend shift
-Comfortable working alone after training
-Comfortable talking with customers
-Comfortable working late
-Reliable transportation
-Love cookies
-Food service and/or shift lead experience preferred

Pay
Pay varies per location, role, and relevant work experience. The normal range for a Non-lead is $14-$16 and for a Lead $16-20.
