We're hiring a full time and part time team member to join MidnighTreats!

The role of a Cookie Dealer [Lead] consists of interacting with customers, baking cookies throughout the day, serving walk in customers, packaging to-go/delivery orders, and cleaning at the end of each shift. Additionally, this role is responsible for being able to work alone.

We're a start up who believe in taking care of our team members and value their input making this role ideal be someone who is comfortable communicating and sharing their thoughts. This person needs to be someone comfortable working with customers and staff to workshop any issues that might come up.

Requirements

-3 years of Serving or Restaurant experience (Required)

-Able to work at least 1 weekend shift

-Comfortable working alone

-Comfortable talking with customers

-Comfortable working late

-Reliable transportation

-Love cookies

-Food service and/or shift lead experience required for this lead role
